Coaxed from their coastal home and up into the Blue Mountains, Matt & Gav returned to their roots to brew one seriously juicy collaboration hazy!
As they settled back into mountain life, conversation naturally turned to tales of the mythical Blue Mountains Panther, the elusive beast said to roam the bushland around these parts. After a day in the sun, sampling a few of each other’s beers, it seemed only right to dedicate this beer to our mysterious Panther and mythical creatures everywhere.
Brewed with Mosaic, Southern Cross, NZ Cascade and Motueka Amplifire pellets, this hazy is packed with juicy tropical fruit, lime, grapefruit, ripe peach and bright citrus, backed by subtle pine and spice. Soft, hazy and seriously aromatic, it might just be enough to lure the Panther out of hiding.
