Three men meet in a bar and the idea of a brewery is born.
Yep. Not the first time that has happened, we’re sure. But these guys actually followed through, and with good cause. Method Brewing is the brainchild of Gav, Mat, and Sean. Three guys obsessed with saving their mates from craft beers lacking the craft.
They set out to crack the code of the perfect beer and bring it to the fine folk of Newcastle. And now, we’re here.
While some people get fanatical about The Knights or Crossfit these three were fanatical about the hops, barley and method of making the perfect beer.
Whether you’re into pilsners, lagers, hazy’s, or just a damn solid pale ale, our beer won’t let you down.
The secret? It’s in the method. Derr.

A pale ale of exceptional quality and anytime drinkability.
An IPA with a strong Aussie hop character, balanced with a firm bitterness.

It’s a tale as old as time. A couple of mates had a vision; to deliver exceptional tasting beers to Newcastle locals, and so they got cracking.
From the early days of cutting concrete, to formulating the perfect brewing equipment, the Method Brewing crew has built the brewery and the beers from the ground up.
